Size, Shipping & Refunds
Fraimous makes these on demand and ships them framed. The windows below are our estimates.
How big is it?
We sell the three largest framed sizes plus gallery-wrap canvas. Room mocks show Gallery 24×36. That is the hang you are looking at.
.75″ (1.9 cm) ayous, Acrylite, hardware. Ready to hang. Canvas: 24×36, 40×55, 40×60.
How long does it take?
Our estimate is fulfillment plus transit. Fulfillment is 2–5 business days. Transit depends on where it’s going.
In the US and Canada, Standard is usually 3–4 business days after it leaves the shop. Express is 1–3. International Standard is 5–20. At checkout, your ZIP tightens the US window. That’s an estimate, not a promise.
What does shipping cost?
US Standard, after print: $13.99 for the first 16×20 or 18×24, then $4.95 each extra in that band. $29.99 for the first 24×36, then $14.95 each extra. Bands count separately. Each framed print ships on its own.
Do you ship everywhere?
Most places, yes. Fraimous can’t send wooden frames to Australia. We also don’t ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, or Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk. Customs can show up on international orders.
If it arrives late
Wait a couple of days past the estimate. Then write us. We’ll check the tracking and go from there.
Refunds
This is not a final sale. If a print arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, we replace it or refund it. You don’t send it back. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, or of the estimated date if it never shows. A clear photo of the whole print helps.
Fraimous does not cover a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong frame. A bad address can be resent; that reship is on you.
Brazil
Orders to Brazil can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of delivery. Write us and we’ll handle it.
