How long does it take?

Printful’s estimate is fulfillment plus transit. Fulfillment is 2–5 business days. Transit depends on where it’s going.

In the US and Canada, Standard is usually 3–4 business days after it leaves the shop. Express is 1–3. International Standard is 5–20. At checkout, your ZIP tightens the US window. That’s an estimate, not a promise.

What does shipping cost?

US Standard, after print: $13.99 for the first 16×20 or 18×24, then $4.95 each extra in that band. $29.99 for the first 24×36, then $14.95 each extra. Bands count separately. Each framed print ships on its own.

Do you ship everywhere?

Most places, yes. Printful will not send wooden frames to Australia. They also don’t ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, or Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk. Customs can show up on international orders.

If it arrives late

Wait a couple of days past the estimate. Then write us. We’ll check the Printful tracking and go from there.

Refunds

This is not a final sale. If a print arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, we replace it or refund it. You don’t send it back. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, or of the estimated date if it never shows. A clear photo of the whole print helps.

Printful does not cover a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong frame. We follow that. A bad address can be resent; that reship is on you.

Brazil

Orders to Brazil can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of delivery. Write us and we’ll handle it.
